KC Fall Softball Scouting Combine Afternoon Session
Savannah Booker is a 5'8, class of 2023 2B/OF, UT from Leavenworth, KS who attends Tonganoxie HS. Savannah is an upper class player with certain skills that should, with strong attention to detail her last two years of HS and travel ball, allow her the opportunity to play at the next level. She ran a 3.48 20-yard dash with a 1.31 5-yard split. A primary infielder, Savannah shows consistent and confident footwork to position. Her glove plays well and her 44-mph throws are generally on target. At the plate, this strong RHH starts with a wider base. Her stride length is fairly short and she truly engages her strong lower half. She has a flatter path to contact and gets her barrel to a solid striking position with each pass. She shows consistent gap-to-gap pop and when she squares it up, the ball travels. Emerging power is evident. While not quite a finished product, Savannah has a strong fundamental base and with continued steady work on her agility and physical strength, she can build on her solid fundamental base. Nice effort!

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
