Alyvia Jensen is a 5'5, class of 2023, OF/2B from Urbandale, IA who attends Johnston HS. Alyvia is a fundamentally sound veteran player who shows a solid skill set that could certainly project to the next level. She ran a 3.31 20-yard dash with a 1.10 5-yard split. A primary outfielder, Alyvia shows plus actions. She reads the ball off the bat well and is sure to position. She plays through the fielding action with some momentum and has a soft and sure glove, Her transition is routine and her 53-mph throws show consistent carry and accuracy. Nice effort! At the plate, this RHH is even and linear in and with her stance. She works her weight through the stride and shows a quick trigger to launch her bat. When on time and on plane, she can drive the ball. There is some emerging power that could get there soon. Alyvia is a solid prospect with college potential. With two years left in her HS and travel ball careers, there is a great chance with an attention to detail and a dedication to the weight room to add strength and agility, that Alyvia will have a chance to play at the next level. Like her approach and positive body language. Promising upside potential!

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
