Maddie Kielsmeier is a 2023 SS/C, 2B from Huxley, IA who attends Ballard Community Senior. Maddie is a very athletic utility player. Being able to go from the middle infield to behind the plate is no easy task. Her arm strength was very evident during her time in the middle infield. Maddie gets the ball in and out of her glove so smoothy making it look effortless. She does a great job with her footwork getting to the ball and has extremely soft hands. Offensively she is a stand in right handed hitter who generates a lot of pop with her swing. Maintains good balance thought out and has quick hands to the ball. Not only does she generate power offensively she gets down the line well, her home to first time was a 3.18 from the right side. Maddie is a great athlete and would be a solid addition to any team. Excited to what where this game takes her in the future.
