Carter Reddick is a 2029 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Pleasant Garden, NC who attends Southeast Guilford. Recorded a 7.73 second sixty yard dash time. Smaller frame with a lean build. Primary right-handed pitcher works from a hybrid windup with an around the belt leg lift into a short, in-line stride with drop-and-drive mechanics. The hands start at the back shoulder with a compact, quick takeaway and whips the arm through from a three- quarter angle with a lower release height. The fastball (1821 RPM) was mid-to-upper-70s and topped out at 80 with some arm-side tail. The curveball (1942 RPM) was upper-60s with 11-5 shape and good two-plane break. Change-up was low-70s with good arm-side fade and vertical drop. Mixes well and showed good pitchability and keeping hitters off-balance and off their timing. Stuff moves well. Secondary third baseman that works hard to get into good fielding positions. Also worked out in the outfield that comes and gets it aggressively with accurate throws. Right-handed hitter with a compact hand path and works inside the ball. Showed the bat-to-ball skills during game action collecting three hits. Good upside with feel to miss barrels and get outs on the mound.
