Early is a 2005 OF from Newburyport, MA with a lean, slender 6'2"/180 pound body. He showed a solid glove in the outfield with a smooth arm action. He topped out at 81 mph from the outfield with above average accuracy. He has good footwork and above average range. He showed good athleticism during the entire event and he ran a 7.02 in the 60. He hits from a balanced stance with a level swing plane, and an extended finish. He showed good bat control and made consistent solid contact, with line drives to all fields. Alex can play!
