Braden Setzler is a 2022 MIF/C with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Monroe, MI who attends Monroe. Lean and long athletic build with plenty of physical projection ahead of him. 7.27 runner in the sixty. Moves through the ball well on defense, gets low and behind the ball and shows soft hands at the ball, has a compact arm action with developing carry on his throws. Also catches. Right handed hitter, starts with a low wrapped load, short inside swing path, tends to lean over the plate during his swing, spray line drive contact, will continue to improve as a hitter as he gets stronger and learns to get some extension from his long build in his swing. Good student.
