Casey Best is a 2022 OF/2B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Santa Clarita, CA who attends Saugus. Lean, medium build with plenty of room for added strength in the future. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.20 seconds. Primary outfielder that goes after balls with plenty of aggression while still staying under control. His throws from the outfield maxed out at 82 MPH. Works out of an even stance at the plate with a leg lift load. The timing in the swing is still developing but he showed quality bat speed and hands throughout his stroke. Excellent student.
