Hailey Boer is a 2024 is a OF from Sioux Falls, SD who attends Harrisburg HS. This strong athlete as some great tools that show she has the ability to play at the next level. Offensively she is a very strong and athletic kid who barrels up the ball well. She is a stand in RHH who good barrel speed and pure raw power. She has a great foundation and swing angle is a little steep at times but the ball jumps off the bat with great velocity. Defensively showcased well in the outfield. Speed is something that is a definite no doubter in he game. she reads the ball off the bat well and utilizes her speed to track balls down constantly. Was spot on with her throws and has good velocity in her overhand throw when working to bags. Overall very sound and composed athlete all around, I am very excited to see her progress and continue to get better and stronger. High ceiling for her.
