Keith Rascoe Jr is a 2022 LHP/IF/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Fpo, AE who attends Naples American. Medium athletic build with some present strength and more to come. High leg raise delivery on the mound with a big hip turn, medium length arm circle with a high 3/4's arm slot, pretty low effort delivery that he repeats well. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, works well to the glove side, fastball is mostly straight with occasional arm side run. Tends to slow his arm stroke on a soft curveball. Strike thrower who will improve with further development of his secondary pitches. 6.97 runner in the sixty. Plays outfield when not on the mound, plays with lots of energy and works through the ball aggressively, quick release and makes accurate throws from a 3/4's arm slot. Left handed hitter, hits from a high hand open start, rotational upper body swing, gets hands extended well but not always gets the barrel in good position to square up the ball. Athletic enough to project in all areas. Good student.
