She ran a 3.61 20-yard dash with a 1.26 5-yard split. A primary catcher, Arianna shows an easy and confident receiving style. She has a sound transition and her throws are routinely accurate. Solid operation with the gear on. Arianna also took a turn at first base and did well there, too. She has a measured, yet sure approach to positioning. Her glovework is sound and she transitions well. Her 52-mph throws are sound and regularly accurate. At the plate, this strong RHH starts with an even and balanced stance. She takes a small stride, with quiet, yet strong hands. She has a middle-of-the-field swing operation and creates plus bat speed and has noticeable ability to power the ball. Sound approach that will only get better with experience and exposure to higher level competition. Arianna has a firm grasp of her current ability and her positive body language says that softball is extremely important to her. With continue attention to detail, she will give herself the opportunity to play at the next level.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
