Elijah Reeves is a 2021 OF/2B, SS with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Casper, WY who attends Marana HS. Recorded a 6.80 second 60-yard dash time. Thin frame with some quick twitch athleticism and wiry strength. Primary outfielder with short steps into the ball and an over the top arm slot. Effort at release with a big crow hop and throws recorded up to 77 mph into the infield. Righthanded hitter with an open stance, high hand set, and a low back elbow. Quick hands with a linear stroke and generates carry to the pull side. Hands show good whip and gets closed moving into contact. Middle of the field approach with a consistent round. Feel for the barrel and projects for power with additional strength and loft. Good student.
