2006 Mid-Atlantic Underclass Showcase
Michael Cusumano is a 2009 MIF that attends Bishop O'Connell and resides in McLean, VA with a 6'0", 148 lb. frame. Michael has a lean athletic build with room to fill out some. At the plate Michael is an aggressive hitter with a level line-drive swing. His swing is too long at this point and makes his bat lag some. Michael showed solid tools as a second baseman at the showcase. He has clean actions with good footwork in the field but will need to increase his arm strength to play some other positions. Michael is a player that many smaller colleges should take notice of.
