Jean Carlos Colon is a 2021 C/ with a 6-3 188 lb. frame from Coamo, PR who attends Escuela Ramon Jose Davila. Tall and long frame with lots of room to bulk as he matures. Ran a 6.89 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, gains ground and times the pitch. Some fluidity with full actions and a very good arm, carry and on the right side of the bag and popped a 2.02. A right-handed hitter, starts with a spread stance with a short stroke and keeps his hands inside during his path. Good timing out front and the ball jumped off the bat. Good athlete with a solid profile that should play on both side of the ball. Excellent student.
