Jacob Miller is a 2030 RHP/3B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Temecula, CA. Medium build with some present strength. Ran a 8.55 60-yard dash. On the mound, smooth delivery with a quicker arm and a high 3/4 slot. Fluid actions and repeats the operation. Fastball was 75-80 mph T80 with some life out of the hand and played up, worked inside well and kept hitters tied up. Curveball was 65 mph with tighter spin and 11-5 action, showed depth and tilt with good feel to the zone. Flashed a changeup to miss a bat and held velocity through the outing. Worked at third base with a corner profile, moves fine for size and showed 76 mph across the infield, actions continue to clean up on the backhand as reps come. Right-handed hitter with a taller stance and barrel tilt, shows looseness to the hands and a middle-of-the-field approach, can get under the ball but shows strength in the swing.
