Major Quin is a 2025 OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Jackson, MS who attends Jackson Preparatory. Recorded a 6.91 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame and athletic build, some present strength with additional room to fill. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out to side, some late energy moving into release, works on top of throws and shows some present arm strength on throws to intended base, projects moving forward. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a square stance in the box. Keeps hands inside the ball, occasionally gets downward with swing, remains short through the zone with swing, shows some jump off of the barrel when squared up, can continue to implement additional lower half. Very good student.
