Caden Casto is a 2022 OF/ with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Pittsfield, IL who attends Pittsfield High School. Recorded a 7.73 second 60 yard dash time. Large build with long levers and some strength to the frame. Primary outfielder, fields off the back foot and works through the ball well. Short stride and arm stroke, high effort actions, can improve by freeing up the lower half more. Right-handed hitter with a narrow base and bat wrapped start, small stride forward into contact. Definite bat speed present, creates separation in the swing, can elevate the ball. Level swing path with decent contact when squared, impact potential will improve as he uses the lower half more actively. Great student.
