Diego Garcia is a 2021 3B/MIF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Bellarmine College Prep. Medium frame with an athletic and projectable build. Ran a 7.64 second 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, shows great actions moving around the infield with a good internal clock. Uses soft hands to adjust to hops well and carries momentum through receiving with easy arm strength across. Righthanded hitter, sets up even and swings athletically; works long and loose to impact with easy feel for the barrel and a very under control process. Produces most contact to the middle of the field as he gets the barrel out front consistently and can occasionally lift it with some strength at impact. Good student. Named to 2021 March Northern California Workout Camp Top Prospect List.
