Ethan Morales is a 2028 SS/2B/3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Catholic. Medium young build with plenty of time to fill in and get stronger. 7.28 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, plays under control and balanced with good glove actions and the ability to play on the move, made accurate throws with developing arm strength, also played third base in the games and looked solid there. Right handed hitter, sets up in a wide base with a high hand wrapped barrel load, short stride into contact, longer swing with an uphill swing plane that leads to deeper contact points, timing is fine just needs to shorten up different elements.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
