Taylor Kaufman is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Burlingame, CA who attends Burlingame. Large frame with a high waist and lean build, proving to have room to fill out physically down the road. Ran a 7.24 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, good first step instincts as he works aggressively to the baseball. Slows down upon gather as he scoops it up on the side before working into crow hop. Full arm circle as he released with intent throwing it 86 mph with accuracy. Feel for the position showing as he proved to be fundamentally sound. Right-Handed Hitter, starting even with high hands behind the ear. Short load and then strides out before getting the bat head extended. Looked to lift to the pull-side and generated easy power when he timed it up. Power in the bat present and projects even more in the future with a strength gain. Outstanding Student.
