Derek Bartram is a 2022 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Novato, CA who attends Novato. Tall with a big and strong frame that looks ultra athletic. Ran a 6.98 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, fluid approach as he works through the ball and fields the ball out front. Works his feet in line and accurate to the bases. Solid first step. A right-handed hitter, starts even and in line with the base with a leg lift that helps load into the hip that he holds well. Strong full path with a high finish that creates natural lift. Heavy barrel through contact and showed power to all fields. Excellent student.
