Jared McCrary is a 2021 OF/ with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Evanston, IL who attends Evanston Twp. Shorter build with a slender waist and lots of room to fill out. Ran a 7.14 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, methodical working through the ball with consistent and balanced footwork in his approach. Smooth transfer with a clean arm action and release, some carry to the throws and on line to the bag. A right-handed hitter, starts with an even base and higher hands and works his stride slightly closed to stay on the ball. Works his hands inside and keep the barrel in the zone. Very good bat to ball skills and hit lots of line drives, with a middle of the field approach.
