Cooper Schock is a 2024 2B/RHP/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Chandler, TX who attends Brownsboro. Medium frame with some strength to the build but plenty of room to fill out. Ran a 7.84 second 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, has some youth to his actions, has an aggressive approach to the ball and works to square it out front and funnel to a short arm action with good arm speed that can project to more arm strength. Also worked out in the outfield, similar aggressive approach to the ball, fields it deep with a longer gather and developing arm strength that will improve results on throws. Pitches as well, stays linear to the plate with drop and drive mechanics, shows some arm speed through an over the top slot, fastball plays true and shows feel for a curveball out of 12-to-6 shape. Right-handed hitter, sets up narrow and strides wide. Works short to the ball and inside it at times with a back side approach; shows some looseness in the wrists that allow him to adjust the barrel head and will improve results off impact as he adds strength and incorporates more of the lower half.
