Mason Moeller is a 2029 LHP/OF/1B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Sarasota, FL who attends Sarasota. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. Works exclusively from the stretch with a compact arm action that hides the ball well, tall on his front side through release and arm can be late at times. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, best fastballs were down in the zone with some heaviness and sinking life. Created good spin on a low 70's curveball with a 1/7 shape and some depth. 7.18 runner in the sixty. Worked out both in the outfield and at first base on defense, had solid athletic actions at both positions and showed his arm strength well, dropped his arm slot well at first base and made accurate throws. Left handed hitter, sets up in a medium straight stance with an early shift into contact, developing bat speed. Excellent student.
