Ian Rincon is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Pasadena, TX who attends Pasadena Memorial. Medium frame with some strength to the build and remaining room to fill. Recorded a 7.33 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with good footwork in the approach, comfortable actions in receiving, gathers it well with a clean funnel, carries momentum into throws with a long arm through over the top slot, accurate throws with good carry to the bag. Secondary right-handed pitcher, repeatable operation, tight arm circle in the back with a short arm action through a high three-quarters slot, fastball mostly straight but mixes the curveball well off of it with big depth and downer action. Right-handed hitter, stands tall and even, hanging leg lift trigger, good bat speed on a slightly lifted barrel plane, good intent in the swing working to impact with strength to the pull side, good strength at impact and carries well off the barrel. Very good student.
