Nicholas Signorelli is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Mokena, IL who attends Lincolnway Central. Recorded a 7.68 second 60 yard dash time. Primary shortstop, stays low and funnels out front. Moves well to the ball, flips the glove a bit late, short arm action. Lean build, soft hands, developing accuracy. Right-handed hitter with an even stance and high hand and back elbow set. Leg lift trigger, closes off on the stride, tips the barrel to load. Top hand works, opens up the chest early. Short hand path, gets stiff at contact, pull side approach with consistent line drive contact. Great student.
