2023 PG Softball Des Moines Iowa Scouting Combine
Offense- Right handed hitter who generates a lot of power with her high level barrel whip. High power to the pull side. Solid swing and athlete with a good build.
Defensive - A pitcher/OF that has plus skills in the outfield. She charges the ball well and does a great job fielding the ball on the run and going into transition to throwing to bases.
Pitching - Hayden showcases a 4 pitch arsenal which includes a fastball, change up, drop curve and a riseball. She has a great delivery, coming off the mound hard and disguises her flip change well. The change up is by far her best pitch has it can be consistently thrown as a strike and has a drastic speed change from her fastball.
