Miguel Amador is a 2021 OF/RHP/SS with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends High Tech. Smaller athletic build. Right handed hitter, lift and replace leg load with limited lower half shift, quick hands driven swing, gets the barrel out early with a pull/line drive approach, has an accurate barrel and a consistent timer. 6.99 runner in the sixty, has good quickness to the ball in the outfield, glove tends to be late getting down, good arm strength with some carry on his throws from a long and loose arm action. Also pitched, big side step to start his delivery, long and deep arm action to a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with big arm side running action at times. Used his secondary pitches frequently, slurve type breaking ball has good shape and depth to it, change up had big running action similar to his fastball at times. Very good student.
