Levi Nicodemus is a 2021 RHP/SS with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Spokane, WA who attends Mead Senior HS. An ultimate competitor, Levi has a medium frame and a sound build. His quickness and agility are noteworthy. He shows projectable skill at more than one position. On the mound, Levu=I has a long, loose arm. His balanced mechanics are routinely repeatable. He pitches off his 80-83 mph FB that shows riding life up in the zone and arm side run and sink down in the zone. He compliments his active FB with four solid pitches. His 69-mph 12-to-6, breaking CB has tight spin and late break. His 74-mph SL has an 11-to-5 tilt and is a shorter and later breaking pitch. His 79-80 mph CUT is thrown out of the FB window and has quick, late break at the dish. Lastly, his 72-mph CH is thrown with FB arm action and shows late tumble. Levi, works with sound rhythm and tempo and has a great feel for pitching. In the OF, Levi uses his quickness to position and play through the ball. His glove plays and his 81-mph throws show consistent carry and accuracy. On the IF, utilizes short, quick steps to position and a very quick transition to get his 79-mph throws on their way. His accuracy is commendable. At the plate, has a line-drive, solid contact approach. He has a flatter plane and a quick path to contact. Levi is also a solid student!.
