Kaito Suzuki is a 2020 OF/C with a 6-0 167 lb. frame from Chiyodaku, TK who attends Kantogakuin. Medium frame with a lean build. Primary outfielder with clean footwork while closing to the baseball. Funnels out front and worked through exchange well. Released from a compact three-quarters arm slot and generated solid carry to the bag at 81 mph. Left handed hitter with a slightly crouched, even stance and simple front side trigger. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Simple hand path to baseball with a line drive barrel plane through extension. Looks to stay behind the baseball at contact while utilizing a mid field approach. Good student.
