Jackson Burchick is a 2022 SS/RHP/UT with a 5-11 125 lb. frame from Severn, MD who attends Mount Saint Joseph. Ran a 7.57 second sixty-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a young frame and slender build with room to fill out and add strength. Has developing quickness to the footwork, taking long strides to position well to field. Fields out front with consistent glove actions and a deep funnel in, and has developing arm strength, making throws across the diamond at 68 miles per hour. Has a spread stance at the plate, with a big back tap and wrap load. Has developing consistency to the timing of the swing, and will be able to hit for more consistent power as the frame matures physically. Also pitched, using the long frame to get down the mound and command the strike zone. Has a fastball with sink up to 67 miles per hour, and flashes feel for a changeup at 62 miles per hour.
