Demetrios Tsoumbanos is a 2020 OF/ with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Walpole, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.42 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, negative front foot load, hits off of backside, low hands at launch, barrel works upwards through the zone, has contact skills, length to stroke at times, creates solid bat speed, projects well physically. Worked out in the outfield, aggressive close on the ball, attacks the baseball, flashes glove actions, rushes at times, lower slot release on throws, clocked up to 75 mph. Good student.
