Noah Chase is a 2022 SS/3B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Chillicothe, IL who attends Il Valley Central. Recorded a 7.31 second 60 yard dash time. Primary shortstop, circles it well and shows a clean glove. Thicker build, actions are a bit stiff at the moment, made all the plays. Solid carry on the throws at 81 mph with developing accuracy. Right-handed hitter with a even stance and high hand set. No stride timing mechanism, simple and repeatable operation overall. Utilizes a deep hand load and cocks the wrists. Stays to the opposite field and shows a line drive plane. Comes off well when on time and on barrel, has a quiet approach with good balance and extension. Excellent student.
