Logan Vanenkevort is a 2020 C/2B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Charlotte, MI who attends Holt Senior. Medium build with room to fill out and time to do so. Ran a 6.87 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up behind the plate with a side saddle stance and high hips, transfers the baseball well out of his crouch, clean footwork with quickness coming through, average arm strength on throw downs to second base, 1.92 second best pop time. Secondary second baseman, athleticism to movements while flashing clean hands out in front, showed carry to his throws across the diamond. Lefthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open and spread out stance, simple toe tap trigger used for timing purposes, takes a long hand path to the baseball, pull side approach flashing potential jump with improved strength. Outstanding student.
