Brodie Holcomb is a 2022 OF with a 6-0 164 lb. frame from Alabaster, AL who attends Thompson. Large frame with a lean build. Proving to have some room to fill out physically on the frame, making him projectable. Ran a 6.81 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, aggressive into the baseball as he did a nice job of reading it off the barrel. Clean gather to the side and then carries weight well into throws. Released from a high slot and was accurate to the bag. Threw it 81 mph during drills. Fundamentally sound and projects well at the position. Right-Handed Hitter, starting narrow and open as he works into separation. Hands get deep before showing a longer swing path. Gap to gap type approach and found barrels consistently. Strength in hands present and had some juice to the pull-side when he got the bat head out front. Great Student.
