CJ Proch is a 2026 OF/RHP, C, 3B, MIF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Cranberry Township, PA who attends Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Features a longer, athletic, projectable frame with room to add. In the outfield, he is aggressive to the ball while fielding out front with a slight waist bend. Works through the baseball with a quick transfer and maintains momentum. Throws had some arm side run with accuracy and present carry. Clean, quick arm action and stayed on the bags with consistency. Has an upright stance at the plate with tight hands and a slight bat wrap. Has a hanging trigger and shows intent in the swing. Very strong and has plenty of juice to the pull side showcasing gap power. More to come in the power department with growth and development. Ran a 6.99 sixty-yard dash. Excellent Student. Named to the Pittsburgh Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
