Sebastian Encarnacion is a 2023 3B/RHP/2B with a 5-7 127 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends DePaul College Prep. Slender high waisted square shouldered build. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide lower half base with a limited shift into contact, long swing with an indirect hand path that tends to create barrel length, handled the barrel well when on time and works the middle of the field, swing is loose and extended out front. 8.07 runner, stays low defensively in the infield and works through the ball well, long arm action with some tail on his throws, developing arm strength. Also pitched, has a smooth delivery with some arm looseness from a high leg lift delivery, arm works well out front, fastball topped out at 70 mph with some life to it. Very good student.
