Riley Stevens is a 2022 RHP/3B with a 5-11 135 lb. frame from West Sacramento, CA who attends River City. Primary right-handed pitcher with a long and lanky build. Starts from the windup with a small side step delivery and belt high leg lift that has a hip coil at the top. Stays stiff at times with drop and drive actions down the mound. Has good linear direction at foot strike. Compact, stiff, arm circle working to a low three-quarters slot. Fastball has some natural arm side at 74-to-76 miles per hour. Shows a 10-to-4 curveball with good shape and depth at 60 miles per hour. Secondary third baseman with a developing glove actions and heavy feet. Developing arm strength at 70 miles per hour. Spread, slightly open stance with a simple front side trigger. Very compact bat path with a level, line drive barrel plane. Developing bat speed and strength. Good student.
