Harry Chubb Jones Jr. is a 2027 SS/3B/RHP with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Douglasville, GA who attends Mceachern. Big and tall physical build with present strength and plenty of projection remaining. Two-way prospect as a power hitting left side infielder and right handed pitcher. Sets up with low and deep hands, long and strong swing with a simple load and timer, creates separation, ball comes off hard when he's squared up. 6.31 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, arm strength is his best defensive tool, moves well to his left and charges athletically, shows his athleticism. Has a high energy delivery with a medium length arm action and 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the low 90's and topped out at 93 mph with life, has topped out at 96 mph in the past. Sweeping slider was a good pitch that he had confidence in and landed well, also flashed a firm change up. Good student with a verbal commitment to Alabama.
