Anthony Longo is a 2023 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Cantonment, FL who attends West Florida of Advanced Technology. Younger frame with a stocky build. Ran a 8.38 second sixty yard dash. Primary catcher, likes to start sitting back in stance, showed good mechanics, smooth transfer on the throws as well. Secondary righthand pitcher, works from the middle of the rubber, steps behind rubber in windup and then lifts, works on the thirdbase side from the stretch with similar actions, keeps his legs strait when he lifts, works with a short arm action and comes from over the top, fastball sitting in upper to low-70's with cutter run and a curveball sitting in the mid-50's. Outstanding student.
