Jerin Poopaa is a 2020 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Wahiawa, HI who attends Leilehua. Primary middle infielder with a medium frame. Athletic movements to the ball with quick and athletic feet. Developing accuracy to bases with throws at 79 miles per hour. Switch hitter. Has a balanced and slightly open stance from the left side of the plate with a simple leg lift trigger. Compact and direct path to the baseball. Line drive barrel plane, flashes the ability to have a simple and fluid swing, though does get too big at times. Keeps things more compact and simple from the right side of the plate, currently has more present power from right side. Secondary right-handed pitcher. Long arm action from a true three-quarters slot. Throws across the body some with a fastball at 77-to-82 miles per hour. Shows confidence with a curveball with 11-to-5 shape at 69 miles per hour. Has some present tools to be crafty, and has some developing feel for a changeup at 67 miles per hour.
