Zachary Polk is a 2021 3B with a 5-10 195 lb. frame from Bangor, MI who attends St. Joseph. Large frame with some strength present on the build. Ran a 7.47 second 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, worked out in the infield with young actions, fields the baseball with developing hands and footwork at breakdown, shuffles into his throws, releases from a lower arm angle with average arm strength, topped out at 75 mph across the diamond. Lefthanded hitter, sets up with an even base and a high back elbow at the plate, strides into contact closing off, hits the ball out in front with some feel for the barrel, present lift in swing plane with young bat speed, contact-oriented approach to the middle of the field. Great student.
