Randy Paul Jr is a 2020 OF/3B, UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Franklin, LA who attends Patterson. Medium frame with room to fill, projectable build. Ran a 6.70 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the baseball to the side with two hands, developing footwork currently with a long arm action and average arm strength, topped out at 76 mph from he outfield. Secondary third baseman, worked out in the infield with quick steps moving to the baseball, breaks down at gather and comes through the ball well, will halt his momentum at times into throws limiting full arm strength potential, compact arm action with similar arm strength as in the outfield. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a spread out stance, uses a leg lift trigger into contact, swings with intent, showed some linear jump when getting the barrel to the baseball.
