Luke Senften is a 2023 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Canton, OH who attends Glenoak. Medium frame with solid build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.38 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, drop-and-drive delivery with good leg drive downhill, gets good extension over front side, three quarters slot, fastball worked 70-73 mph with solid arm side life, commanded fastball well, showed curveball with 1/7 shape and the beginnings of depth. Hits from open stance with inside hand path, can get the barrel out and work the pull gap at times, middle-field approach with linear plane. Threw 71 mph from the outfield and 74 mph across the diamond from first base. Excellent student.
