Klayton Kleiber is a 2020 C/ with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Huntsville, TX who attends New Waverly HS. Recorded a 7.60 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with broadness to shoulders and room to project physically. Primary catcher with a relaxed stance and gets his weight moving forward on time. Feet work well after reception and has a quick release on throws recorded up to 71 mph; best recorded pop time of 2.0 seconds. Righthanded hitter with an open stance with a high hand set and high back elbow. Contact oriented approach with an up the middle mentality in the box. Some barrel and contact skills that are evident. Has strength and can improve power with additional separation. Good student.
