Gage Moxley is a 2021 C/RHP/UT with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Happy Valley, OR who attends La Salle College Prep. Tall and slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. 7.33 runner, has good flexibility in his lower half and shifts well and presents a low target, has athletic looseness, throws from a lower arm slot but makes accurate on line throws, can anticipate better and be quicker in his exchange, has the physical tools to continue to improve behind the plate. Right handed hitter, hits with a turned in front foot and a simple load and shift, some back side collapse, gets the ball in the air and handles the barrel well. Also pitched, has a compact arm action from a 3/4's arm slot, works from the stretch, has a big wrist wrap in back that inhibits his consistency in release. Fastball topped out at 74 mph.
