Matt Shelton is a 2019 MIF/RHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Kenmore, WA who attends Inglemoor HS. Medium frame with an average build and room to add physically. Ran a 7.56 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary middle infielder. Fields the ball out front with a clean funnel to the body. Has a quick release making accurate throws across topping out at 76 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and high back elbow set. Limited shift with an inconsistent load that can throw off timing. Makes solid contact when on time with quick hands through the zone. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a short side step delivery into a medium leg lift delivery. Medium arm circle in back into a three-quarters release and finishing to the glove side. Occasional short run on the fastball up to 77 miles per hour. Inconsistent release of the breaking ball but when on it has an 11-to-5 shape to it.
