David Eggleston is a 2020 C/1B with a 6-0 210 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Bowie HS. Thick build with the makings of some present strength. Left handed hitter, hits from a hanging front leg load, rotational upper body swing, gets extended and is looking to pull the ball, has some strength at contact and some lift out front. Has first base tools on defense, will need continued work on his lower half flexibility and quickness, compact arm action with developing arm strength.
