Eastyn Culp is a 2020 RHP/1B with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Vancouver, WA who attends Heritage HS. Slender athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Easy well paced delivery on the mound, gets his hips turned well at his gather point but not rotate back on line and land closed with some cross fire action, long and loose arm action in back coming to a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 72 mph, mostly straight but does a good job of working his fastball to spots. Has confidence in his curveball and will pitch backward, has some 11/5 depth and got some hitters reaching, Change up gets some sinking action. Showed an idea how to pitch and used all his pitches well. Right handed hitter, loads onto his back side and tends to stay there, swings hard but would have more bat speed if he got off his back side, middle of the field contact with a level to downward swing plane.
