Will Rutledge is a 2020 MIF/3B with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Saint Petersburg, FL who attends Shorecrest Preparatory School. Recorded a 7.79 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with a lean build and room to fill out and add strength. Primary middle infielder with excellent athleticism and twitch. Quick, sure footwork with advanced timing and rhythm to fielding actions. Transitions well to throw with arm strength recorded up to 77 mph. Advanced defensive actions and room for future strength as well. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a tall, straight stance. Short, inside path to the swing who can work to all fields. Creates mostly opposite field contact and will be able to improve power and impact with additional strength. Good student.
