Ryan Gill is a 2022 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-3 110 lb. frame from Ixonia, WI who attends Oconomowoc HS. Small and young frame with plenty of time to continue to mature physically. Ran a 8.92 second 60 yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher, begins his delivery with a small side step up to a belt high leg kick, overhead delivery with a full arm action, releases from a high 3/4 arm slot, utilizes drop and drive actions when working down the mound, stays online to the plate taking a short stride down the mound. Fastball has plenty of run on it to armside and topped out at 65 mph, mixed in a curveball with 2-8 shape, looks to pitch to contact and fill up the strike zone with both pitches. Secondary outfielder, young actions working to and through the baseball, takes his arm back to a long arm action releasing from a 3/4 arm slot, generates uphill carry to his target with similar arm strength as on the mound. Lefthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a spread out and slightly open stance, clean swing at the plate with young strength off of the barrel, shows a feel for the barrel, all fields line drive approach at the plate.
